WHICH CINESTILL LOOK FOR WHICH LIGHT?
800T: night streets, neon signs, rain and artificial light. Real CineStill 800T is Kodak Vision3 motion-picture film without its anti-halation layer, which is why bright lights glow red.
400D: daylight, overcast days and mixed light.
50D: bright sun, clean colour and fine grain.
BWXX: black and white for contrasty street scenes and rainy nights.
HOW TO USE THE HALATION BRUSH:
Apply the preset that matches your light and adjust Exposure and White Balance.
Paint the Halation Brush only over the brightest light sources: neon signs, street lamps and headlights.
Reduce the mask Amount if the glow looks too strong.
